Kristyne & Zak

Kristyne and Zak Eggleston had their baby boy on November 21, 2006. They named him Cooper. Congrats you guys! I can't wait to see him.

On Thanksgiving Day I took two pregnancy tests that both came back positive. Today it was made official by a blood test. I could be around 5 weeks along, which would make my due date July 27, 2007! My poor Dad. Last year we stole his thunder by having our wedding on his birthday, this next year the baby will be stealing his thunder. What a birthday gift huh? We'll see what the 10 week doc appointment reveals about how far along we are. I'll keep you posted.

Keep the advice coming!

Bye,

Liz

Cozy night in Columbia

It's raining here. The fireplace is burning. The candles are too. Cozy. The only thing that could top this is having my Mom & Dad here to enjoy it with us.

We are getting our new home unpacked a little more everyday. It's official, we have way too much shit.

When we got here we thought Bill would be starting in the January class, which would bring us into June or July before it was time to move again. He ended up starting the November class. So, we may be leaving as soon as April.

With that in mind I've decided to find a job with something temporary in mind. I have an interview on Tuesday. I'll keep you posted.

My Mom had surgery on her other hand last week. I wish I could be there for her. It's hard not being able to be there to help, although my Dad has everything under control from what I hear. :)

Well, I need to go back to curling up by the fire.

Best Wishes,

Liz

Poison Ivy in South Carolina

Yep. I've got it good. While we were in Moab. Remember the Negro Bill hike I told you about? Well there where signs every where stating that Poision Ivy is abundunt. I keep my eye open for it because I've never seen it first hand and wanted to know what it looked like. Well you better be careful what you ask for. As Bill tromped off trail, I warned that he might be sorry. About week and a half ago give or take a couple days, Bill started getting these welts all over. Welts that iched endlessly. We figured it was probably Poison Ivy or is it Oak? Anyway, I can testify that Poison Ivy is contagious. Now that Bill's welts are wanning, mine are in there prime. When I first meet Bill he told me he couldn't get Poison Ivy. Ha!
So on top of the cold that set in when we got here, I know have Poison Ivy welts on top like a cherry to an ice cream Sunday. Not!

Rock Star Pumpkins

Everything's Eventual.........

On the road for Halloween. We felt it was only appropriate to listen to the Steven King audio tapes that we picked up in a used book store in Oklahoma City. Everything's Eventual. We did however, get a chance to celebrate in Oklahoma with the traditional pumpkin carving and such. The photo you see a mannequin in front of a store we found that has incredible vintage clothing. Amazing stuff. It also turned out to be the local hotspot for college kids to find their Halloween Costumes.

South Carolina has turned out to be beautiful, but that's another day.

Talk soon,

Liz
